Author: Bruce C. Conn
Synopsis: Grim look at the brutality, savageness and debauchery of Chicago’s most notorious housing project. Told through the eyes of a teenage gang member.
Notes: A rare, hard to find item (i.e. expensive), reviewers of this book have praised it for its authenticity of what life was like in Cabrini. I must say, that if even 10% of the events described are truly reflective, then it is a Godsend they tore the Greens down years ago.
